Terms of Service

1. The service

PostMyIsh lets you compose content once and publish or schedule it to the social networks you connect, through a web app and a REST API. We may add, change, or remove features over time as we improve the product.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials and API keys secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hey@postmyish.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PostMyIsh to:

• Publish content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rules of the networks you post to.
• Send spam, run deceptive campaigns, or impersonate others.
• Abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its API.
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social platform.

4. Your content

You own the content you create. You grant us the limited license necessary to store, format, and transmit that content to the networks you choose, solely to provide the service. You’re responsible for having the rights to everything you publish through PostMyIsh.

5. Connected accounts

When you connect a social network, you authorize us to publish on your behalf within the scope that platform grants. Your use of each network remains subject to that network’s own terms. You can disconnect at any time to revoke access.

6. Plans, billing & trials

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until you cancel.
• Where a free trial is offered, we’ll begin charging when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• You can cancel any time; your plan stays active through the end of the paid period, and we don’t provide pro-rated refunds except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

7. API use

API keys are tied to your account and subject to the call limits of your plan. Don’t share keys publicly or use the API to build something that competes by re-selling raw access in violation of these terms. We may rate-limit or suspend keys that threaten the stability of the service.

8. Availability & “as is”

We work hard to keep PostMyIsh available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Publishing ultimately depends on third-party networks we don’t control, and we can’t guarantee they will accept or deliver every post.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostMyIsh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using PostMyIsh and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, the rights you granted us end, except for anything that by its nature should survive.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and notify you where appropriate. Continuing to use PostMyIsh after changes take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PostMyIsh operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions? Email hey@postmyish.com.
